Devin “Trek” Thomas is a representation of reaching your fullest potential is all about. With his presentation, “I’m So C.O.O.L., he encourages teens to go beyond just the average definition of cool, but looking at it in a perspective of knowing exactly who you are as a person. He shows this through the following acronym of C.O.O.L.: knowing your Character, being Observant, being Optimistic, and finally Living Life. He incorporates laughter, emotion, as well as his hip-hop music.

Since 1999, he has been a constant advocate for encouraging youth to make positive healthy decisions. He is a product of Youth to Youth International. Since being involved, he was able to Develop a message that comes from his experiences, as well as the things that he has learned from his involvement in the Youth to Youth program.

He also has been heavily involved with Hip-Hop music. His witty rhymes and unparalleled timing has allowed him to differ from the average artist who may usually not have a positive message in their songs. As the emcee “Trek”, Devin can also provide unique entertainment for youth audiences.
